Senior Associate / Associate, Customer Service

Responsibilities:

• Handle daily client on-boarding process such as document checking, name screening and statistical reporting;
• Responsible for client records maintenance and filing;
• Manage and update clients’ database in a timely and accurate manner;
• Collaborate with internal departments to ensure timely resolution of customer requests and issues;
• Responsible for hotlines pick-up and handle customer inquiries;
• Handle fund and stock in/out instructions;
• Conduct system UAT;
• Perform other job tasks as assigned.

Requirements:

• Bachelor’s degree or above in related disciplines;
• Min. 5 year of experience in Customer Service, exposure in financial institutions and banks is preferred;
• Good telephone manner, customer focused mindset with effective interpersonal and communication skills;
• Strong problem-solving, negotiation, planning and organizing skills;
• Result-oriented, able to work independently and under pressure in a fast-paced environment;
• Detail-oriented, good command of spoken and written English and Chinese, including Putonghua;
• Chinese & English typing skills are necessary;
• Well-versed PC knowledge in MS Words, Excel and PowerPoint;
• Self-motivated and good team player;
• Candidates with less experience will be considered as Senior Analyst.
