We’re partnering with a well-established, multi-state law firm serving major financial institutions, banks, mortgage servicers, and commercial clients seeking a Senior Associate Attorney to join its California Foreclosure Trustee Litigation practice.

This role offers the opportunity to independently manage litigation matters, develop defense strategies, advise clients, and handle substantive courtroom and discovery work. The firm combines extensive financial-services experience with technology-driven workflows to support efficient legal operations and strong client relationships.

What You'll Do

• Manage foreclosure trustee defense litigation from inception through completion
• Analyze cases and advise clients on litigation strategy
• Draft pleadings and defend against motions
• Handle discovery and related litigation proceedings
• Attend court hearings, both remotely and in person

What We're Looking For

• J.D. from an accredited law school
• Active California Bar membership in good standing
• 5+ years of legal experience, preferably in litigation, real estate, or mortgage law
• Strong legal writing, analytical, and problem-solving skills
• Experience managing litigation matters and developing case strategy

Additional advantage: Utah Bar admission is preferred but not required.

Salary & Compensation

The annual salary for this position is between $130,000 – $200,000. Factors which may affect pay within this range may include geography/market, skills, education, experience and other qualifications of the successful candidate
