Key Responsibilities

Handle customer interactions through Voice & other blended channels

• Resolve customer queries and provide appropriate solutions
• Maintain excellent customer service and communication standards
• Follow company processes, quality guidelines and compliance requirements
• Achieve assigned performance and productivity targets

Candidate Requirements

Graduate candidates
Minimum 1 year of International Voice Process experience
Excellent verbal and written communication skills in English
Strong customer-handling and problem-solving skills
Candidates comfortable with a hybrid work model
