We’re partnering with a $1B+ beverage company with a portfolio of iconic consumer brands to identify a Senior Associate Brand Manager to support a nationally recognized consumer brand.

🚀 What You'll Own

Brand Management

• Support the development and execution of annual brand plans that drive profitable growth
• Monitor business performance and identify opportunities to strengthen brand health and market share
• Assist with forecasting, budgeting, pricing, and portfolio management

Innovation & Commercialization

• Help bring new products from concept through launch
• Partner with cross-functional teams to execute commercialization plans
• Support packaging updates, product renovations, and innovation initiatives

Consumer & Customer Marketing

• Help execute integrated marketing campaigns across digital, shopper, retail, and consumer touchpoints
• Partner with agency teams to develop marketing programs that build brand awareness and drive trial
• Support retailer presentations and customer-specific initiatives

Business Analytics & Consumer Insights

• Analyze syndicated data, consumer research, and marketplace trends to uncover growth opportunities
• Monitor competitive activity and develop actionable recommendations
• Create presentations and business updates for leadership and cross-functional teams

✅ What We're Looking For

• Bachelor’s degree in Marketing, Business, or related field (MBA a plus)
• Experience in marketing, brand management, syndicated data insights or CPG
• Experience working with syndicated data (Nielsen, IRI/Circana)
• Strong analytical and storytelling skills
• Ability to thrive in a fast-paced, entrepreneurial environment
