Responsibilities

• Develop robust and scalable conversational AI chatbots tailored to specific requirements
• Collaborate with crossfunctional teams to gather requirements, design conversational flows, and implement natural language processing (NLP) algorithms
• Design and integrate chatbots with various platforms and applications, ensuring seamless user experiences
• Stay updated with the latest advancements in NLP and AI technologies, implementing cuttingedge techniques into chatbot development
• Conduct rigorous testing and debugging of chatbot functionalities to ensure high performance and accuracy
• Optimize chatbot responses based on user interactions, feedback, and data analysis
• Work closely with UX/UI designers to create visually appealing and userfriendly chatbot interfaces
• Provide technical guidance and support to internal teams regarding chatbot integration and customization
• Document chatbot development processes, algorithms, and code for future reference and collaboration
• Collaborate with stakeholders to understand business requirements and translate them into technical specifications for chatbot development
