This role bridges executive client relationship management with strategic preconstruction oversight.
Operating at the intersection of active deal-making and strategic project direction, you will guide key stakeholders from the initial handshake, through pitch and strategy alignment, right up to project execution.

About the Role:

• Growth & Strategy: Build and convert a robust pipeline of high-value project opportunities while overseeing CRM tracking and strategic forecasting.
• Client Engagement & Pitch Leadership: Lead client presentations, tender pitches, and contract discussions, serving as a primary trusted advisor.
• Integrated Project Direction: Act as the vital connective tissue between clients and internal design, estimating, and construction teams to guarantee project feasibility and alignment.
• Industry Presence: Represent the firm as a key brand ambassador across commercial property networks and industry forums.

About You:

• Natural Sales Talent: An instinctual deal-maker with a proven ability to convert executive relationships into high-value opportunities.
• Industry Background: Deep commercial acumen in D&C, commercial property, or workplace design. Backgrounds in tenant representation or commercial leasing are highly regarded.
• Execution & Pitching: Exceptional presentation, negotiation, and stakeholder management skills.
• Cross-Functional Leadership: Strong EQ and collaborative leadership skills to orchestrate multi-disciplinary internal teams (design, estimating, project management) during preconstruction phases.
