Senior Associate

Roles and Responsibilities :

• Design, develop, and deploy large language models using Python and other relevant technologies.
• Collaborate with cross-functional teams to integrate generative AI solutions into existing systems.
• Develop and maintain high-quality codebase for retrieval augmented generation models.
• Troubleshoot issues related to model performance, data quality, and system integration.

Job Requirements :

• 4-7 years of experience in developing generative AI models using Python or similar languages.
• Strong understanding of large language model architectures and their applications.
• Proficiency in designing scalable data pipelines for training and deployment of machine learning models.
• Experience with retrieval augmented generation techniques such as prompt engineering.
