Senior Associate

Role Overview: The Tax Senior Associate provides tax compliance and advisory services to pass-through entities, partnerships, and Asset Management clients.

Key Responsibilities:

• Assist with tax compliance and advisory for diverse clients.
• Collaborate with multidisciplinary teams to deliver industry-specific solutions.
• Develop and maintain strong client relationships.
• Manage teams of tax professionals working on client projects.
• Deliver high-quality tax advice and ensure client satisfaction.
• Contribute to market activities and business development efforts.

Qualifications & Skills:

• Minimum of two years’ experience in pass-through, partnership, or corporate tax within an accounting firm, corporation, or law firm.
• Bachelor’s degree from an accredited institution and eligibility for CPA exam.
• Exceptional advisory, compliance, and communication skills.
• Ability to handle multiple engagements and coordinate with client service teams.
