What they need
We are looking for a Senior Associate General Corporate with strong experience in Real Estate-related matters to join a leading law firm in Chennai.
Key Responsibilities
- Handle general corporate and commercial matters with a focus on Real Estate.
- Draft, review and negotiate legal agreements and transaction documents.
- Advise clients on corporate, commercial and real estate-related legal matters.
- Conduct legal research, due diligence and transaction documentation.
- Independently manage assignments and coordinate with clients and internal teams.
Candidate Profile
- LL.B. LL.M. from a reputed law school.
- 4-6 years of relevant experience in General Corporate practice.
- Strong Real Estate experience is mandatory.
- Excellent drafting, negotiation and communication skills.
- Candidates from reputed Tier 1 law firms preferred.
