Role Description We, Güleryüz Partners, are currently seeking a motivated Senior Associate, with 5 years of experience minimum, to join our firm and practice in Litigation and Arbitration. This is an exciting opportunity for an senior associate looking to take on more responsibility and further develop their skills in a dynamic and forward-thinking legal environment.

Qualifications

• Strong expertise in commercial law, with demonstrable experience in dispute resolution and arbitration.
• Handling commercial dispute resolution matters, including drafting litigation documents, preparing statements of claim and defence, and managing dispute workflows across various sectors.
• Excellent analytical, research, and problem-solving skills, with the ability to handle complex, high-pressure matters.
• Fluency in English
• Effective client communication and relationship-management skills, with a service-oriented, professional approach.
• Experience mentoring and supervising junior team members, and collaborating within a dynamic, fast-paced environment.
• Law degree from a reputable university and admission to practice law in Turkey.
• High ethical standards, attention to detail, and commitment to integrity and excellence in legal services.
