Senior Associate

WORK LOCATION

Makati City / Kapitolyo, Pasig City

WORK SCHEDULE

Standard Office Hours / Day Shift (To be confirmed during initial interview)

Requirements & Qualifications Bachelor's degree in Accounting or Finance; CPA required or in progress.

Experience (SA1): 3–5 years in audit/tax/assurance.

Experience (SA2): 5–7 years leading engagements and supervising teams.

Technical proficiency in IFRS, PFRS, and Philippine tax standards.

TO SUCCEED IN THIS ROLE

Demonstrate strong engagement leadership, client CRM, problem-solving, and process improvement skills. Possess deep technical expertise in audit and tax compliance while effectively mentoring junior associates.

YOU WILL BE RESPONSIBLE FOR

Leading client engagements, reviewing the work of Junior Associates, and ensuring service quality in audit and tax compliance.

Playing a key role in technical expertise, mentoring junior staff, and maintaining client relationships.
