Senior Associate - Construction Disputes - Brisbane

An opportunity is available for a Senior Associate to join a leading disputes practice in Brisbane, working on complex, high-value matters across the construction, infrastructure, energy and resources sectors.

This role would suit a recently promoted Senior Associate looking to build their reputation in the market, take ownership of significant matters and work alongside experienced practitioners on major projects disputes.

The Role

You'll work across a varied mix of contentious construction and infrastructure matters, advising on complex contractual issues and disputes arising throughout the life of major projects.

Your work will span:

• High-value construction and infrastructure disputes, including delay, disruption, variations and contractual claims.
• Major projects across the energy, resources, mining and property sectors.
• Supreme Court proceedings, domestic and international arbitration, and alternative dispute resolution.
• Dispute strategy and claims advice during project delivery.
• Client engagement and matter management, with the opportunity to play a meaningful role in the development of the practice.

About you

You'll have a background in construction or projects disputes, ideally gained within a leading national, international or top-tier law firm.
