Senior Associate (Corporate Operations)

We are seeking a proactive and organized Corporate Operations professional to support a growing organization across a range of corporate and operational functions. This is an exciting opportunity to gain exposure to office renovation and relocation projects, corporate administration, procurement, facilities coordination, and stakeholder management.

Key Responsibilities

Office Renovation & Relocation

• Support the planning, coordination, and execution of office renovation and relocation projects.
• Liaise with internal stakeholders, contractors, facilities teams, building management, IT vendors, and service providers.
• Monitor project timelines, budget tracking, and related documentation.
• Coordinate office move activities, including workspace setup, asset movement, and operational readiness.
• Assist with post-relocation follow-up and issue resolution.

Corporate Operations

• Provide administrative and operational support across corporate functions:

• Procurement

• Office and facilities management

• General administration

• Coordinate with various internal teams and external stakeholders to ensure smooth operational processes.

• Support corporate projects, events, and ad-hoc initiatives as required.
