We’ll help you grow your skills so you can go further. With hands-on learning, cutting-edge tools and an inclusive culture, this is your opportunity to do inspiring work that makes a difference—every day.

As a Senior Associate - Dayforce Implementation you will lead assigned workstreams for Dayforce HCM implementations, helping clients move from discovery and design through configuration, testing, deployment, and post-go-live support across Core HR, Time & Attendance, Payroll, Benefits, Talent Management, integrations, reporting, and data conversion. As a Senior Associate you will analyze complex problems, manage ambiguity, build meaningful client relationships, mentor junior team members, and use critical thinking to translate business needs into practical Dayforce solutions within our Advisory practice. In this role at PwC, you will collaborate with client stakeholders and cross-functional teams, guide data migration and validation activities, support cutover and transition planning, and contribute to process improvement and regulatory compliance across workforce technology engagements within our Workforce Transformation focus.

Responsibilities

  • Managing assigned Dayforce implementation workstreams across discovery, design, configuration, testing, deployment, and post-go-live support
  • Translating client requirements into functional designs, configuration workbooks, test scripts, and deployment readiness materials
  • Facilitating client working sessions to document HR and payroll processes, business rules, data flows, and open issues
  • Configuring Dayforce modules and coordinating cross-functional dependencies across Core HR, Time and Attendance, Payroll, Benefits, Talent Management, reporting, and integrations
  • Supporting data migration activities through mapping, transformation, validation, reconciliation, and issue resolution
  • Planning and executing functional, system integration, user acceptance, regression, and end-to-end testing activities
  • Analyzing defects, configuration gaps, integration errors, and data discrepancies to drive timely resolution
  • Preparing status reports, decision logs, defect trackers, and other project documentation in line with governance and data security requirements
  • Advising clients on workforce technology leading practices, regulatory considerations, process optimization, and transition to managed services
  • Mentoring junior team members on Dayforce functionality, implementation methods, testing processes, and documentation standards

What You Must Have

  • Hands-on experience configuring Dayforce in at least one primary module (Core HR, Time & Attendance, Payroll, Benefits, or Talent Management), with working knowledge of cross-module dependencies
  • At least a Bachelor's degree
  • At least 4 years of experience
  • Oral and written proficiency in English required

What Sets You Apart

  • Dayforce certification in one or more modules, including Core HR, Time & Attendance, Payroll, Benefits, or Talent Management.
  • Dayforce module configuration experience across core HCM workstreams
  • Managing client workshops through discovery, design, and testing activities
  • Translating HR requirements into configuration, data, and reporting solutions
  • Building cross-functional understanding across integrations, payroll, and benefits
  • Mentoring junior team members while reviewing deliverables for accuracy
  • Navigating ambiguity while maintaining focus on project milestones
