Senior Associate Engineer (Semiconductor)

Location: Serangoon North
Salary: $3,100 to $4,600/ month + Shift Allowance + AWS + Bonus + High OT
Working Hours: 
Mon-Fri + Alternate Saturday
*Can choose fixed shift*
** 1st - 6.45am to 3.15pm
* 2nd - 2.45pm to 11.15pm (+$15/day shift allowance)
* 3rd - 10.45pm to 7.15am (+$25/night shift allowance)*Job Responsibilities:

• Lead complex assembly and testing activities across multiple product lines, ensuring high standards of precision, quality, and safety.
• Act as a technical expert, troubleshooting and resolving complex mechanical, electrical, vacuum, and pneumatic issues.
• Lead investigations into critical production issues, failure analysis, root cause identification, and corrective actions.
• Optimize assembly processes, work instructions, test procedures, and production performance.
• Analyze MES data and production KPIs to identify opportunities for continuous improvement.
• Support NPI, engineering changes, qualification builds, and process validation activities.
• Provide technical leadership, coaching, and on-the-job training to junior team members and trainees.
• Drive cross-training and development of technical competencies across the team.
• Collaborate with cross-functional teams to provide technical and design feedback.
• Support the Senior Team Lead in planning and executing production activities while ensuring production targets and safety requirements are met.

Requirements:

• Min. GCE O Level
• Relevant experience in assembly, testing and troubleshooting across multiple product lines will be an advantage
