You will work closely with both internal and external stakeholders and will be required to undertake other administrative tasks as assigned by your supervisor. The ideal candidate must possess a positive attitude, pleasant personality, and strong team spirit, being able to provide efficient administrative support to the department while adapting to constant change and challenges.

Job Responsibilities

• Provide administrative and operational support for departmental activities
• Coordinate meetings, training, and stakeholder engagements
• Manage departmental records, documentation, and correspondence
• Maintain accurate records and databases, ensuring confidentiality and data integrity
• Work with internal and external stakeholders to facilitate service delivery
• Coordination of conferences and training programmes
• Perform other duties as assigned to support departmental objectives

Educational And Professional Requirements

• Minimum Diploma or GCE ‘A’ Levels with at least 3 years of related experience preferred
