About the Role

As a Senior / Associate Executive, you are responsible for supporting finance operations, including petty cash management, bank reconciliations, banking administration, sundry billing, receipting, and related finance activities.

Some of the Key Responsibilities include:

·       Handle petty cash disbursements and withdrawals

·       Perform bank-related transactions, reconciliations, and banking administration

·       Support sundry billing and process incoming receipts in SAP

·       Reconcile receipts and liaise with banks, customers, and internal departments to resolve discrepancies

·       Provide administrative support, including CorpPass creation, invoice processing, and system access requests

·       Perform other ad hoc duties as assigned

Job Requirements:

·       Diploma in any discipline; additional relevant qualification will be an added advantage

·       Minimum 5 years of relevant finance operations experience, including collections, receipting, petty cash, and bank reconciliation

·       Knowledge of month-end and year-end closing

·       Proficient in Microsoft Excel and preferably familiar with SAP

·       Meticulous with good analytical, communication, and stakeholder management skills

·       Able to work independently, meet deadlines, and work well in a team
