Senior Associate - Executive Search

We are seeking an experienced Senior Associate with a strong background in retained executive search to join a high‑engagement, high‑accountability team. What You’ll Do

• Lead and support retained executive search engagements from research through candidate delivery
• Partner closely with Consultants and Principals on search strategy, market mapping, and candidate development
• Manage multiple senior-level searches simultaneously in a high-performance environment
• Conduct rigorous candidate assessments and present qualified slates to internal and external stakeholders
• Maintain strong communication, follow-through, and accountability throughout the search lifecycle
• Contribute to a collaborative team culture with high expectations and high support

What We’re Looking For

• 5+ years of executive search experience , ideally within retained search
• Proven ability to operate at a senior, non‑junior level with strong judgment and maturity
• High personal accountability, strong work ethic, and commitment to excellence
