Senior Associate FICC Bond Settlements

Responsibilities:

• Ensure timely settlement of Mexican Bond & Repo trades for company Branch.

• Ensure timely settlement of US Fed transactions for Company entities.

• Ensure proper reconciliation of all firm positions (including box positions).

• Monitoring and resolving failed trades.

• Perform trade research and investigation.

• Daily monitoring of APEX, ICI and Calypso trade monitors.

• Processing cash movements.

• Investigation & clearance of stock & cash breaks.

• Liaising with Company internal teams, Custodians & Clients on any issue resolution.

Skills

• Ability to analyze, organize and report efficiently.

• Flexibility on working methods and changing international environment.

• Rigorous and reactive to face pressure and reach excellence anytime

• Diligently follow the set procedures and Compliance policies

• Knowledge of financial markets and products, and easiness/expertise in dealing with Excel.
