Job Summary

Senior Associate Financial Services. Division: Relationship Management. Place of posting: Mumbai. Experience: 3 to 7 years of work experience. Qualification: Graduation (Only BE/B.Tech), Post Graduation (MBA/PGDM Preferred).

Responsibilities

• Relationship Management: Actively manage relationships with Large Corporates, Fintech entities including TPAPs, Cobrand Partners, Merchants (NBFC, Retail) and aligning them with NPCI strategic objectives.
• Ecosystem Enablement: Support the Onboarding, enablement, and scaling of mapped Partners by ensuring seamless integration, operational readiness, and lifecycle support.
• Business Growth Support: Drive UPI and Rupay adoption within the mapped Partners. Identify and unlock new opportunities through market insights, collaborative projects, and innovation-driven partnerships.
• Key Initiatives: Develop and help implement payment strategies for the clients. Contribute to pilot project execution, and stakeholder alignment across the ecosystem.
• Compliance and Regulatory Support: Ensure partner adherence to applicable regulatory and operational guidelines in coordination with internal compliance teams, enabling safe and scalable fintech operations.

Skills and Experience Required

• Ability to drive agenda at CXO Level engagement internally as well as externally.
• Deep Understanding of Digital Payments Ecosystem: Strong hands-on knowledge of payment rails (UPI, cards) settlement flows, reconciliation processes, fraud/risk controls, and API-based integrations. Ability to articulate architecture and identify optimization opportunities.
• Regulatory Compliance Expertise (Tech-Driven): Working knowledge of RBI guidelines, PCI-DSS standards, data privacy frameworks, and ability to translate regulatory requirements into system controls, dashboards, and audit-ready processes.
• Experience building interactive dashboards in Superset/Power BI with strong data storytelling.
• AI Automation Capability: Proven ability to leverage AI tools (Copilot, ChatGPT, Claude, Gamma, Canva, etc.) for Automating workflows, generating insights from datasets, creating structured business presentations.
• Problem Solving Solution Design: Ability to break down ambiguous problems into scalable, tech-enabled solutions, including designing process flows, data pipelines, and automation strategies.
