Senior Associate - Interior Designing & Projects

We are looking for Professionals in this position are who will be responsible for managing the entire lifecycle of corporate, retail, or premium residential interior projects while guiding design teams and handling key client relationships
Role Description The Senior Interior Designer will oversee end-to-end design projects, from concept development and space planning to final installation and client handover. Daily responsibilities include meeting with clients to understand requirements, preparing design concepts and presentations, developing detailed drawings, coordinating with architects and contractors, and selecting materials, finishes, and FF&E. The role also involves supervising junior designers, ensuring design quality and consistency, and managing project timelines and deliverables. This is a full-time, on-site role based in India, requiring regular collaboration with project teams and vendors at the office and at project sites.
Qualifications

• Strong skills in Interior Design and Space Planning, with a focus on functional, user-centered layouts.
• Proficiency in Architecture-related coordination, including understanding structural and MEP considerations.
• Ability to produce and review detailed Construction Drawings, including plans, sections, and elevations.
• Experience with FF&E selection and specification, including furniture, fixtures, equipment, and finishes.
• Advanced proficiency in design and drafting software (e.g., AutoCAD, Revit, SketchUp, 3D visualization tools).
• Bachelor’s degree or higher in Interior Design, Architecture, or a related field.
• Several years of experience in interior design, including leadership or senior-level project responsibilities.
• Strong project management, communication, and client presentation skills.
• Ability to work on-site in India and coordinate with local vendors, contractors, and consultants.

Pay: ₹1,000,000.00 - ₹1,500,000.00 per year
