What they need

You’ll be joining our Oracle Consulting SEA team, a regional practice delivering Oracle Cloud transformation programmes across Southeast Asia.

As a Certified Oracle Cloud partner, we help clients modernise Finance, HR, Supply Chain and Tax functions, unlock greater value from their Oracle investments, and successfully deliver complex cloud transformation initiatives.

Beyond local projects, our consultants have opportunities to collaborate across borders, work with regional clients, and gain exposure to complex transformation initiatives spanning multiple industries throughout Southeast Asia.

You’ll be joining a market-leading practice recognised by industry analysts such as Gartner and IDC MarketScape for its Oracle capabilities. Together, we help clients transform the way they operate, innovate and grow in an increasingly digital world.

Responsibilities

  • Support the main Oracle HCM Lead Consultant in delivering Oracle HCM Cloud implementation and support activities across modules such as Core HR, Recruitment, Talent Management, Compensation, Benefits, Absence, and Payroll.

  • Prepare, execute, and document test scripts for system integration testing, user acceptance testing, regression testing, and other project testing cycles.
  • Log, track, investigate, and follow up on defects, issues, service requests, and user queries, escalating complex items to the HCM Lead Consultant or technical teams where required.
  • Support reporting and validation activities using available Oracle HCM Cloud tools and standard reports, including basic checks on employee, assignment, organisation, and module-specific data.
  • Develop and maintain project documentation, user guides, training materials, configuration workbooks, test evidence, and knowledge transfer materials.
  • Assist in user training, workshop preparation, demonstrations, and change management activities by preparing materials and supporting follow-up actions.
  • Provide go-live, cutover, and post-implementation support, including issue triage, data checks, hypercare support, and coordination with business users and project teams.
  • Work collaboratively with functional consultants, technical teams, client stakeholders, and cross-border project teams to ensure timely completion of assigned deliverables.
