Job Responsibilities:

• Set up, maintain and validate reinsurance contract data in SAP FS-RI and Appian, ensuring timely, accurate and compliant data entry across all contract types (Prop, Non-Prop; Assumed and Ceded).
• Manage adjustments, endorsements and other in-force contract changes, collaborating with underwriters, actuaries, accountants and compliance to validate data and resolve discrepancies.
• File documents electronically and physically.
• Ensure adherence to KYC and AML requirements.
• Contribute to the development and enhancement of reporting, automation and data quality processes to support accuracy and efficiency.
• Support and drive improvements in reporting, process efficiency, data quality and automation, contributing to a more accurate and streamlined contract management environment.

Job Requirements:

• University degree in Business Administration or relevant disciplines.
• Minimum 8 years of relevant working experience in insurance/reinsurance industry.
• Strong Data Accuracy – Skilled in managing and validating complex data with high attention to quality.
• Solid Reinsurance Expertise – Understanding of Prop, Non-Prop, Assumed and Ceded reinsurance contracts.
• Reporting & Processes – Experience in streamlining workflows and building effective reports.
• Automation & Tools – Practical experience with SAP FS-RI/FSRI treaty setup or review is strongly a MUST , including the ability to interpret treaty slips and validate system data for accuracy, completeness, accounting, retrocession, modelling and reporting purposes.
• Efficient Cross-functional Collaboration – Works effectively with Underwriting, Actuarial, Compliance and other teams.
• Strong analytical mindset and attention to details.
• Proactive and solution-oriented; Strong communication skills.
• Ability to support UAT, test scenarios, process documentation and system migration readiness.
• Fluency in written and verbal English.
