Job Description:

Key Responsibilities:

• Foster positive relationships with patients and their families, ensuring their needs and preferences are understood and accommodated.
• Monitor and analyze patient feedback through surveys and direct interactions to identify trends and areas for improvement.
• Collaborate with clinical and administrative teams to implement patient-centered initiatives and best practices.
• Develop and deliver training programs for staff on patient interaction, empathy, and communication skills.
• Organize and participate in patient outreach events, workshops, and informational sessions to enhance engagement and education.

Skills and Qualifications:

• Bachelor?s degree in Healthcare Administration, Nursing, or a related field.
• Proven experience in patient relations, healthcare service management, or a similar role.
• Strong communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to empathize and connect with diverse patient populations.
• Analytical mindset with experience in data collection and analysis.
• Excellent problem-solving skills and a proactive approach to addressing patient concerns.
• Ability to work collaboratively in a team-oriented environment while maintaining a focus on patient satisfaction.
• Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite and experience with patient management systems.
