🎯 Senior Associate, Programmatic

We're looking for a Senior Associate, Programmatic with hands-on experience in programmatic media, direct buys, and digital campaign execution to manage and optimize campaigns across leading DSPs and media partners.

In this role, you'll be responsible for campaign planning, setup, optimization, measurement, and troubleshooting, while working closely with clients, publishers, vendors, and cross-functional teams to deliver successful media campaigns.

⭐ Responsibilities

• Plan, build, launch, manage, and optimize Programmatic campaigns across DSPs such as Yahoo DSP, DV360, and The Trade Desk.
• Manage campaigns across Display/HTML, Native, and YouTube environments.
• Support direct buys , including IO management, campaign execution, and coordination with publishers and media partners.
• Monitor campaign pacing, performance, delivery, and KPIs to identify optimization opportunities.
• Manage ad serving, tracking, measurement, and troubleshooting across campaigns.
• Identify campaign or tracking issues, determine root causes, and drive solutions.
• Work directly with publishers, vendors, and partners to ensure successful campaign execution.
• Support client-facing conversations and clearly communicate campaign recommendations, results, and optimization strategies.
• Provide strategic rationale around channel planning, partner selection, tactics, and KPIs .

🎓 Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in Marketing, Advertising, Communications, Business Administration, or a related field.
• 3+ years of hands-on experience in Programmatic, Digital Media, or Media Activation , preferably within a media or advertising agency.
• Hands-on experience with Yahoo DSP, DV360, and/or The Trade Desk (TTD) .
• Experience with Display, HTML, and Native advertising .
• Experience planning and managing YouTube campaigns .
• Experience managing direct buys and IOs .
• Solid understanding of campaign tracking, measurement, and troubleshooting.
• Experience working directly with publishers, media partners, or vendors .
• Professional working proficiency in English (B2+ or higher) .
