Senior Associate, Project Management, Operations

Business Function Group Operations enables and empowers the bank with an efficient, nimble, and resilient infrastructure through a strategic focus on productivity, quality & control, technology, people capability and innovation. In Group Operations, we manage the majority of the Bank's operational processes and inspire to delight our business partners through our multiple banking delivery channels. As an Operations Department, we embrace and reinforce the strong PRIDE! culture that is built up in DBS. This is done through strategic focus on training and improving staff capability, empowerment, productivity, teamwork, innovation & technology, managing operational risks & strongly collaborating with our business partners in delivering excellent RED service to our customers.

Responsibilities

• Coordinate and manage end-to-end corporate and transactional banking projects, ensuring seamless collaboration between business, technology, and operations to achieve strategic objectives.
• Drive continuous improvement, enhance service delivery, and implement innovative solutions aligned with business needs and digital transformation initiatives.
• Define project scope, key deliverables, and milestones in alignment with the COO office's strategic goals.
• Monitor project progress, manage risks, track dependencies, and implement effective mitigation strategies to ensure timely delivery.
• Facilitate regular project working groups and steering committee updates to keep stakeholders aligned on progress and key decisions.
• Support change management activities to ensure smooth transition and adoption of new operational processes and systems.

Requirements

• Proven experience in project management within corporate banking, transactional banking, or financial services operations.
• Demonstrated track record of successfully delivering end-to-end projects and driving digital transformation or process optimization initiatives.
• Strong understanding of project management methodologies, agile practices, and operational excellence frameworks.
• Ability to collaborate effectively and build strong relationships across business, technology, and operations teams.
• Excellent analytical, problem-solving, and stakeholder management skills.
• Self-motivated and adaptable, with the ability to thrive in a fast-paced and dynamic banking environment.
