What they need

Kroll is seeking a Senior Associate for Sensitive Data Review Subject-Matter Expert to support the global delivery of sensitive data review matters from India. The role will provide hands-on subject-matter expertise during India business hours, coordinate cross-region handoffs, oversee workflow execution and quality, and serve as a primary escalation point for active matters.

Key Responsibilities

  • Provide hands-on sensitive data review subject-matter support during India business hours for global matters.
  • Manage structured handoffs between U.S., EMEA, and India teams, including priorities, open issues, risks, and next actions.
  • Monitor workflow execution, reviewer questions, productivity, quality checks, and exception handling.
  • Apply matter-specific review protocols and provide guidance on consistent coding and escalation decisions.
  • Support Relativity workspace administration, including review queues, searches, reporting, and operational tracking.
  • Escalate material issues promptly and prepare clear written updates for regional project leads.
  • Maintain process documentation, decision logs, playbooks, and lessons learned.
  • Coach junior team members and contribute to training and knowledge-sharing initiatives.

Essential Skills & Qualifications

  • Bachelor’s degree in Information Technology, Computer Science, Law, Legal Studies, or a related field, or equivalent relevant professional experience.
  • Typically 3–5 years of relevant experience in eDiscovery managed review, sensitive data review, breach response, litigation support, or related delivery operations.
  • Strong working knowledge of Relativity, document review workflows, quality control processes, and matter reporting.
  • Demonstrated ability to interpret protocols, resolve operational questions, and escalate appropriately.
  • Strong written and verbal communication skills and experience working with global teams.
  • Ability to work independently during India business hours, maintain continuity across regional handoffs, and manage multiple competing priorities.

This India-based role involves regular collaboration with colleagues in other regions. Office location, hybrid-working arrangements, and working-hours expectations will be discussed during the recruitment process and the role might demand working India afternoon, evening shifts and weekends.
