Senior Associate, Solution Delivery (Business Analyst)

Key Responsibilities

Requirements Analysis & Solution Design

Elicit, analyse, document, and validate business requirements from stakeholders.

Translate high-level business needs into detailed functional and non-functional requirements.

Develop user stories, process flows and use cases to support solution design.

Support the design of solutions that align with business requirements.

Maintain accurate documentation of requirements, design decisions, and delivery artifacts in the project repository.

Project Delivery & Implementation Support

Collaborate with vendors, IT, testing, business stakeholders and project management teams to ensure solutions are built according to specifications.

Partner with the Testing Team to ensure test cases and scenarios accurately reflect business requirements.

Manage scope changes through formal change control processes, assessing impact on timeline, cost, and resources.

Ensure timely delivery of solution components.

Stakeholder Management & Communication

Build strong working relationships with internal business stakeholders, IT, support functions and vendors.

Provide clear and concise communication of project status, risks, and issues to stakeholders.

Facilitate communication between vendors, IT, and business stakeholders to resolve delivery issues efficiently.

Qualifications and Experience

Education

Bachelor's degree in Business Administration, Information Systems, Finance, or a related discipline.

Professional certifications in Project Management (e.g., PMP, PRINCE2) are advantageous.

Experience

At least 4 years of experience in Business Analysis or Solution Delivery within the financial services or banking industries, with proven experience in Asset Servicing.

Proven experience in managing end-to-end solution delivery lifecycles using Waterfall or hybrid methodologies, from requirements gathering to implementation.

Familiarity with project management and requirements management tools (e.g., Jira) is highly desirable.

Knowledge and Skills

Strong understanding of structured business analysis techniques and SDLC (Software Development Life Cycle) processes.

Knowledge of third-party vendor management processes.

Excellent stakeholder management, facilitation, and communication skills.

Strong analytical, problem-solving, and critical thinking capabilities.

Experience reviewing technical specifications and solution designs.

Ability to manage multiple priorities and deliver in a fast-paced, dynamic environment.

High attention to detail and strong organisational skills.

Proficiency in Microsoft Office applications, particularly Excel, Word and PowerPoint,
