Senior Associate – Technology Transactions

Take a substantial role on complex technology deals, work closely with partners and help develop the next generation of associates.

Wicker Hamilton is working with a top law firm seeking a Senior Associate in Chicago to join its growing technology transactions practice following a strong year.

The opportunity combines sophisticated commercial work with meaningful involvement in the practice’s development. You will advise technology businesses and major corporate customers on agreements that underpin how technology is developed, licensed and deployed.
