Senior Associate, Transaction Management

For our client, we are seeking a Senior Associate, Transaction Management to join the team of a leader in the Real Estate & Construction space.

This role will support the coordination and execution of real estate transactions across a client portfolio, with a focus on keeping documentation, deadlines, and deal processes aligned. The position will work closely with brokers and internal stakeholders to help ensure compliant closings and smooth transaction flow. It also involves supporting lease administration, workplace-related activities, and due diligence tied to strategic portfolio events.

Location: Remote - US based candidates only, no visa sponsorship available

Compensation: $105,000 – $120,000 annually

Responsibilities

• Provide administrative support for a client’s real estate portfolio and transactions
• Manage lease amendments, estoppels, and disputes
• Track critical deadlines across the transaction lifecycle
• Ensure compliance in transaction documentation and paperwork
• Liaise with brokers to facilitate compliant deal closures
• Oversee flex office activities, including workplace licenses
• Conduct due diligence on the client’s M&A activity

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree in business, finance, real estate, or a related field
• 4-7+ years of experience in commercial real estate transaction management or a related field
• Strong understanding of real estate transactions and market dynamics
• Proficiency with Google Workspace tools
• Ability to analyze complex data and provide strategic recommendations
• Capable of managing multiple projects simultaneously
• Excellent interpersonal and communication skills
