Senior Associate / VP - Infrastructure Private Equity

We are working with a number of leading infrastructure investors across London on Senior Associate and VP-level hires, spanning established mid-market and large-cap platforms.

The mandates offer exposure to a broad range of core-plus and value-add infrastructure strategies, including digital infrastructure, energy transition, transport, utilities and related essential-services sectors. Roles will involve contributing across the full investment lifecycle, from origination, underwriting and execution through to portfolio value creation and exit.

We are keen to speak with candidates who have:

• Relevant experience in infrastructure private equity, infrastructure M&A, or closely aligned principal investing roles, alongside exposure to completed transactions.
• Experience contributing meaningfully to core investment work, including financial modelling, valuation, investment underwriting, due diligence and investment committee materials.
• An interest in complex, value-add or operationally intensive transactions, such as platform acquisitions, buy-and-build strategies, refinancings, carve-outs, or capital-structure optimisation.
• A thoughtful understanding of how value can be created in an asset, whether through operational improvement, growth initiatives, bolt-on activity, financing, pricing or KPI-led performance improvement.
• The ability to work collaboratively across deal teams and with senior internal and external stakeholders, while taking ownership of appropriate workstreams.
• Sector experience across digital infrastructure, fibre, data centres, towers, power, utilities, transport or energy transition is particularly relevant, although strong transferable infrastructure deal experience will also be considered.
