Desired Candidate Profile
- Bachelor's degree in Logistics, Supply Chain Management, Business Administration, or a related field.
- Minimum of 5 years of progressive experience in warehouse operations, with at least 2 years in a supervisory or leadership role.
- Proven expertise in Warehouse Management Systems (WMS) and Enterprise Resource Planning (ERP) software.
- Certification in forklift operation and a strong understanding of warehouse safety best practices (e.g., OSHA).
