Senior Asst operation

We are looking for a highly skilled and experienced Senior Asst Operation professional with 2 to 7 years of experience to join our team in Mumbai. The ideal candidate will have a strong background in APM Terminals and excellent analytical skills.

Roles and Responsibility

• Manage and coordinate operational activities, including unloading, picking, and packing.
• Monitor and analyze operational data to identify areas for improvement and implement process enhancements.
• Develop and maintain reports, such as ZWIP - WMS vs SAP comparison and Ageing Monitor.
• Collaborate with cross-functional teams to achieve business objectives.
• Provide exceptional customer service and support to internal stakeholders.
• Identify and mitigate risks associated with operational activities.

Job Requirements

• Minimum 2 years of experience in operations management or a related field.
• Strong knowledge of APM Terminals and operational processes.
• Excellent analytical and problem-solving skills.
• Ability to work in a fast-paced environment and meet deadlines.
• Strong communication and interpersonal skills.
• Experience with report development and data analysis.
