Senior Attorney

Now Hiring: Senior Lending Counsel | Fintech & Sponsored Lending | Fully Remote

Our Delaware based client is seeking an experienced Senior Lending Counsel to support innovative bank-fintech lending partnerships across consumer and commercial credit products — this is a fully remote position.

This attorney will partner closely with product, compliance, risk, and operations teams to advise on program design, launch, servicing, and ongoing legal support. The role will also lead drafting and negotiation of key agreements, customer-facing documents, and program materials while providing practical guidance on evolving lending and fintech regulations.

What we’re looking for:

• Must have a J.D. and active bar license in at least one U.S. jurisdiction.
• Must have 7+ years of experience in banking, financial services, or Fintech, at a law firm or in-house at a financial company.
• Must have experience with Fintech sponsored lending, general lending, or a strong understanding of the lending environment.
• Must have commercial contract experience.
• Proven ability to deliver business-minded, solutions-oriented legal counsel in cross-functional environments.
