We’re looking for a Senior Audience Executive Networker to join our team and play a key role in delivering exceptional experiences across our event portfolios.

This is a highly people-focused role, responsible for supporting the end-to-end planning and delivery of VIP networking and delegation programmes. From securing senior military attendance and managing guest relationships to coordinating on-site requirements, you’ll be instrumental in ensuring our VIPs and commercial partners receive a seamless, world-class experience.

What you’ll be doing

As a key member of the team, you’ll be responsible for:

• Managing VIP military participation, building relationships through daily calls and personalised emails to secure attendance and participation.
• Building and maintaining strong relationships with your VIP community, commercial partners and key stakeholders.
• Managing a pipeline of qualified VIP guests, including maintaining a strong backup list to ensure continuity and a premium experience for our partners.
• Coordinating communications before, during and after events, ensuring every stakeholder receives timely, relevant and accurate information.
• Providing regular updates and reporting, keeping internal and external stakeholders informed of progress against targets.
• Working towards and exceeding KPIs, using your drive, organisation and relationship-building skills to deliver results.
• Coordinating on-site logistics, ensuring meeting hosts have everything they need, from appropriate facilities and furniture through to guest lists and briefing materials.
• Playing a hands-on role during events, helping ensure the VIP programme runs smoothly and that every guest receives an exceptional experience.

What we’re looking for

You’ll be someone who enjoys speaking to people and building professional relationships;

You’ll ideally have:

• Experience in events, hospitality, customer service or another high-level guest-facing environment.
• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with the confidence to engage with senior individuals.
• Resilience and persistence, particularly when dealing with busy or hard-to-reach stakeholders.
• Confidence using the phone and the determination to follow up until you get results.
• Excellent organisation and attention to detail, with the ability to manage multiple priorities in a fast-paced environment.
• A proactive, positive and self-motivated approach.
• The ability to remain calm under pressure and find practical solutions when things don’t go according to plan.
• A genuine commitment to delivering work to a high standard, every time.
