Senior Audit Accountant

A well-established regional CPA firm in Springfield is adding a Senior Audit Professional to its audit team. The firm serves closely held businesses and nonprofits across Western Massachusetts, with a steady mix of audits, reviews, and compilations.

The Role
You will run engagements from planning through wrap-up: leading fieldwork, supervising staff, reviewing workpapers, and communicating directly with clients throughout the process. Seniors here get real responsibility early and own their engagements.

What They're Looking For

• 3 to 5 years of recent public accounting audit experience (open to strong 2 to 3 year candidates)
• CPA or CPA-eligible strongly preferred
• Solid working knowledge of GAAP and audit methodology
• Someone who can manage multiple engagements and communicate clearly with clients and staff

Pay: $95,000.00 - $110,000.00 per year
