Audits

Coordinate audit schedules with department owners

Coordination for IDR with team on time

Follow up for data & reports, follow up for closure of points

Monitoring asset tagging

Maintain audit tracker.

Compliance (RICAGO)

List of Monthly compliance from RICAGO for YHK + YHS

Email to All stake holders to comply with

Daily compliance coordination for completed

Keeping track daily of compliance due shortly

Set up of compliances in RICAGo, addition / deletion

Contracts addition and deletion

Contract expiring and renewals coordination & Upload revised in ricago

Insurance policies upload in Ricago on renewals

Sharing due compliance but not complied for escalation

IP updation in RICAGO

Coordination with HOD for Not applicable compliances

Coordination with RICAGO team for new development set up

Coordination with RICAGO team YHS set up, compliance masters

Coordination with RICAGO Team for Dashboards development

Insurance

    Renewal tracker updating

    Monthly data submissions, ensure payments & Endorsements

    Renewal data submission, and invite quotes, prepare comparison

    Ensure policy receipts and follow ups

    Claim documents coordination with team and broker

All kinds of Documents submission, data submission, follow ups to internal / external various authorities as assigned by reporting manager

Any other tasks assigned by reporting manager

May require visiting the factory (Halol plant) twice a month, if required.
