• Assignment Management
• Perform such detailed work as may be required including work of an advanced technical nature or special engagements which require the necessary experience
• Plan and refine assignments by addressing task, skill mix , structure , time budget and resources
• Monitor , review and control progress on assignments and take action where necessary
• Review reports written by the Auditor-in-charge and produce high quality final reports
• Meet deadlines and deliver a quality job on time and within budget
• Client Servicing
• Agree and confirm deliverables with client and the Partner-in-charge
• Deliver timely and quality service to clients
• Be responsive to client requests
• Communicate effectively and make proactive business recommendations to clients
• Demonstrate professionalism and technical competence at all times
• Initiate, develop and maintain positive client relationships
• Practice Management
• Work closely with other Firm personnel in the successful management of the Firm’s operations
• Support internal projects as necessary
• Support the Partners in office administration
• Contribute to key activities such as recruitment and training where appropriate
• Staff Management
• Set objectives for staff and communicate them clearly and timely
• Delegate responsibility where appropriate
• Motivate staff by involving them and by creating positive team spirit
• Conduct performance evaluation reviews on a timely basis
• Provide on-the-job coaching as required Requirements:
• A degree in Accounting / Finance or any other business related discipline 2.

5 years or above CICPA qualification and relevant firm’s experience

• Strong presentation skills with an excellent command of verbal and written English and Chinese
• Diplomatic with strong influencing and negotiation skills
• Strong planning and organizing skills, with the ability to work effectively under pressure
