Unlock Your Potential!

At TOA Global, we have a deep commitment to empowering individuals to excel in their enterprises, careers, and communities. Our global footprint stretches across Australia, New Zealand, North America, and the Philippines, supporting our global clients in the accounting industry.

As a Senior Auditor, you are the strategic lead of the audit engagement. This role is designed for a seasoned professional with extensive Australian audit experience who is ready to take full ownership of the audit lifecycle. You won't just be executing tests; you'll be managing client portfolios, ensuring the highest levels of compliance with international standards, and shaping the careers of the next generation of audit professionals.

Your Impact

  • End-to-End Audit Management: Lead small-to-medium audit engagements from initial planning through to completion with minimal supervision. Act as the primary driver of the audit strategy, ensuring every phase of the project is executed efficiently and within firm methodology.
  • Architect of Compliance & Reporting: Take responsibility for preparing and reviewing financial statements to ensure absolute compliance with AASB and IFRS standards. Ensure Australian partners receive reports that are technically sound, accurate, and audit-ready.
  • Strategic Mentor & Reviewer: Act as a critical quality control point by reviewing the work prepared by graduates, juniors, and intermediate auditors. Provide the technical guidance and mentorship necessary to elevate the team's performance and ensure the accuracy of all workpapers.
  • Digital Audit Leadership: Proficiently utilize specialized audit software to maintain documentation standards and generate high-level reporting. Navigate complex digital audit environments to deliver engagements with precision and speed.

What You Bring

  • The Experience: 3-5 years of dedicated Australian audit experience is mandatory.
  • The Credentials: A Bachelor's degree in Accountancy, Finance, or a related field.
  • Technical Mastery: A deep understanding of audit documentation standards and global accounting frameworks. You possess the "reviewer's eye" required to catch technical discrepancies and the leadership skills to manage client expectations.
  • The Mindset: An excellent communicator with strong client management abilities. You are a natural leader who thrives on developing others and can maintain the highest standards of integrity and professional skepticism across every engagement.

Why You'll Love It Here

We believe in rewarding high achievers with a work environment that fuels both professional growth and personal well-being.

  • Time for You: Enjoy 21 Total Annual Service Incentive Leaves, flexible to use for travel, emergencies, or anything you may need for your "Me time."
