What they need
The SENIOR INTERNAL AUDITOR is responsible for:
- Providing assistance to enhance audit procedures and programs as well as currently set audit rating parameters by providing inputs on best practices.
- Plan and conduct the financial review of Property Management Companies assigned within the set timelines.
Qualifications:
- A Bachelor's Degree in Business Administration, Accounting, Finance, or a related field
- At least 3 years of experience in External or Internal Audit
- Combined 2 years in Supervisory Capacity
- Strong understanding of Accounting and Financial Reporting Frameworks and Philippine Tax Laws
- Strong understanding and skill in auditing standards, techniques, and reporting
- Very good communication skills (both written and verbal)
- With good analytical and critical thinking skills
- Willing to be assigned in Uptown Bonifacio, Taguig City
