Join a high-impact team focused on evaluating business operations, risk management, compliance programs, and internal controls across complex organizations. This role combines audit, analytics, and business advisory responsibilities, providing visibility to senior leadership and opportunities to influence process improvements, mitigate risk, and drive operational excellence.

Key Responsibilities

• Lead risk-based audits and operational reviews across business functions
• Assess internal controls, compliance frameworks, and process effectiveness
• Analyze data to identify trends, inefficiencies, and areas of risk
• Evaluate financial, operational, regulatory, and technology-related controls
• Develop clear audit findings and actionable recommendations
• Present insights and reports to leadership teams and key stakeholders
• Track remediation efforts and support continuous improvement initiatives
• Partner with cross-functional teams to strengthen governance and risk management practices
• Stay current on evolving industry trends, regulations, and best practices

Ideal Background

• 4+ years of experience in internal audit, risk management, compliance, consulting, or public accounting
• Strong analytical, problem-solving, and project management skills
• Experience evaluating business processes, controls, and operational risk for third party service vendors
• Exceptional communication and stakeholder management abilities
• Comfortable working in fast-paced, evolving environments
• Bachelor's degree in Accounting, Finance, Business, or related field
• CPA, CIA, CISA, or similar certification preferred
