Senior Automation and CRM implementation Specialist

We are looking for a senior professional with deep expertise in building complex
automations in Make.com and implementing CRM systems, with significant hands-on
experience in Zoho CRM and Monday.com.

Mandatory Requirements :

• At least 3 years of professional experience in automation development and at least 3 years of experience implementing CRM systems.
• Advanced Make.com expertise, including complex multi-step workflows using Routers, Filters, Iterators, Aggregators, Webhooks, and scheduling.
• Proficiency in HTTP, REST APIs, authentication methods, JSON structures, arrays, functions, variables, and data mapping and manipulation.
• Experience with error handling, Retry and Fallback mechanisms, debugging, monitoring, and Operations optimization.
• Deep understanding of CRM principles and methodology, including Leads, Contacts, Accounts, Deals, Pipelines, Activities, permissions, and relationships between entities.
• Extensive experience implementing Zoho CRM, including Modules, Fields, Lookup Fields, Subforms, Related Lists, Layouts, Views, Pipelines, Workflows, Blueprints, Validation Rules, Functions, APIs, Webhooks, and Deluge.
• Extensive experience implementing Monday.com, including Workspaces, Boards, Groups, Items, Columns, Views, Forms, Dashboards, Automations, Connect Boards, Mirror Columns, GraphQL API, and Webhooks.
• Familiarity with SQL, an understanding of database structures, and the ability to read and write queries.
• Ability to receive a detailed business and technical specification and implement it as a complete, organized, and user-friendly system.
• Ability to read technical documentation, learn new APIs, and build reliable integrations with external systems.
• Experience analyzing, extracting, and processing information from PDF documents and images using AI tools and OCR technologies. Day-to-Day Responsibilities Receive technical specifications provided through Google Sheets tables and Google Docs documents and transform them into functioning systems and active automation workflows.
• Work closely with a systems analyst responsible for defining the business and technical requirements. Implement information systems according to the approved specification.
• Build and improve systems in Zoho CRM, Monday.com, and Origami.ms. Build complex automation and system integrations using Make.com.
• Build integrations between CRM systems, project management platforms, financial systems, marketing platforms, and other external systems. Take full responsibility for the implementation, development, testing, and QA processes.
• Verify system and automation functionality across business scenarios, edge cases, and API failures. Maintain customer systems after deployment.
• Investigate and resolve bugs, technical failures, and data issues. Handle new requirements, system modifications, and process improvements.
• Clearly document systems, automations, integrations, and technical decisions. Independently learn new systems, APIs, and technologies according to project requirements. Systems and Integrations
• The role includes continuously building integrations between different systems using APIs, Webhooks, and HTTP. Examples of systems we integrate with on a daily basis include: WordPress and Elementor. ActiveTrail. Priority. Morning. Prospero. Google Drive and Google Workspace.
• Payment processing systems such as GROW and Tranzila.
• Telephony systems. Accounting and ERP systems. Significant Advantages Experience implementing and deploying Salesforce.
• Experience with n8n and JavaScript.
• Previous experience implementing Origami.ms. Experience building chatbots and integrations with the official WhatsApp Business API.
• Experience working with Israeli companies and customers.
• Familiarity with CRM, accounting, payment processing, telephony, and business management systems commonly used.
• Experience in AI-assisted web development.
• Knowledge and experience in front-end, backend, databases, APIs, and web application architecture.

Timings are: 11 am to 8 pm
