Senior Automation Engineer

Role Summary
Build scalable, reliable cross-platform automation systems for Web and Android using Python or Go.

Roles & Responsibilities

• Cross-Platform Automation: Design, build, and maintain scalable automation systems for web and Android applications using Python/Go, Playwright/Selenium, and Appium.
• Mobile Infrastructure: Manage multi-device Android environments via ADB (UDID), automate APK deployments, and explore custom ROM development.
• Architecture & Reliability: Architect resilient, self-healing automation services with robust logging, resource management, and service monitoring.
• Reverse Engineering & Security: Apply reverse engineering techniques and handle web authentication mechanisms (basic auth, JWT, cookies) and data encryption.
• DevOps & Integration: Build CLI orchestration tools, integrate RESTful APIs and WebSocket communications, and manage containerized or VM automation clusters.

Requirements

• Education: Bachelor's Degree in Computer Science, Software Engineering, or a related field preferred.
• Experience: Proven track record of independently building, delivering, and scaling production-grade automation systems.
• Technical Skills: Advanced proficiency in Python (threading, subprocess, asyncio) or Go, Playwright/Selenium, Appium, ADB/Android internals, and REST APIs.
• Web & Security Knowledge: Strong grasp of web application mechanics, token authentication (JWT), session cookies, and basic encryption.
• Preferred Skills: Experience with Docker, Nginx, cloud infrastructure (AWS/GCP/Azure), Java/Kotlin, CI/CD pipelines, and Fintech transaction automation.
• Candidate Profile: Ownership-driven, open-minded, and capable of self-researching complex solutions. Must be able to provide a demonstrable automation portfolio (GitHub or demo).
