Senior Automation Test Engineer

Design, develop, and maintain automated test scripts for web, API, and integration testing. Implement and optimize automated test frameworks using tools like Postman/Newman, Playwright. Create reusable, scalable, and maintainable test automation solutions. Integrate automated tests into the CI/CD pipelines to ensure continuous quality delivery. Work closely with QA manual testers to identify test cases suitable for automation. Analyze and report test results, identifying trends and root causes of failures. Collaborate with development teams to resolve issues quickly and ensure defect-free releases. Continuously research and adopt new tools, frameworks, and best practices to enhance test automation coverage and efficiency. Provide mentorship and technical guidance to junior QA engineers on automation practices.

Education: Bachelor’s degree in Computer Science, Engineering, Information Technology, or a related field. Experience: At least 5+ years of hands-on experience in software testing, with a strong focus on automation. Proven expertise in Postman/Newman (API automation) and Playwright (UI automation). Solid understanding of CI/CD pipelines. Familiarity with source control systems (e.g., Git). Strong knowledge of software testing methodologies, SDLC, and Agile practices. Experience with debugging, troubleshooting, and analyzing logs. Excellent English communication skills (written and verbal). Able to lead a team of 5 members
