Senior Automation Tester

ALTEN México, a leader in engineering and technology solutions, is hiring a Senior Automation Tester to join our team of 600+ professionals. We serve industries like a utomotive, energy, aerospace, banking, telecommunications, and rail.

Design, develop, and execute automated and manual tests to ensure software quality. You’ll analyze requirements, debug issues, and collaborate with cross-functional teams to deliver high-quality solutions.

Key Responsibilities

• Develop and maintain automated and manual test cases.
• Analyze requirements and system architecture to create comprehensive test plans.
• Execute tests, validate functionality, and debug failures.
• Write clean, maintainable automation code (Python).
• Refactor scripts and manage test framework versions (Git).
• Document test results and collaborate with development teams.

Requirements

• Bachelor’s in Systems/Software Engineering, Electronics, Mechatronics, or related.
• 5+ years in functional, regression, and validation testing.
• Advanced Python
• Communication Protocols (mainly CAN)
• Experiene in Selenium, Apium, Jenkins
• Experience with PyTest, Robot Framework, or unittest.
• Strong knowledge of debugging, data structures, and version control (Git/GitHub).
• Proficiency in Jira, Confluence, and TestRail.
• On-site role in CDMX or QRO.
• Advanced English (mandatory).
