Senior Automation Tester in JavaScript

Responsibilities

• Create reliable automation architectures that can grow with changing business needs and technical complexity
• Coordinate with cross-functional partners to keep testing activities aligned with delivery milestones and quality commitments
• Take part in architectural reviews by identifying testability considerations and recommending suitable validation methods
• Examine test implementations prepared by team members and share constructive feedback to strengthen coding discipline
• Resolve technical obstacles encountered during test creation, execution, and maintenance
• Help developing team members improve their automation knowledge through coaching and day-to-day support
• Assist in planning activities by contributing test estimates, defining expected outcomes, and refining the work plan
• Stay informed about industry developments and adopt relevant tools or practices within the testing process
• Capture important automation decisions and operating procedures to preserve team knowledge and quality consistency
• Align with stakeholders on project expectations and verify that completed deliverables fulfill agreed requirements

Requirements

• A professional background of three years or more in software testing, automation, or another relevant field
• Strong JavaScript capability for developing and maintaining automated quality checks
• Hands-on exposure to Playwright and similar JS tools for testing browser-based user experiences
• Knowledge of automated API and web service validation for confirming dependable server-side behavior
• Ability to use version control workflows to organize, review, and document changes to test assets
• Thorough understanding of test framework architecture for supporting long-term automation scalability
• Experience using behavior-driven development frameworks in JavaScript to express and automate business scenarios
• Applied awareness of AI-powered tools and principles for enhancing test strategy and execution
• B2 or higher English proficiency for effective communication in a professional environment
