Role Overview
We are seeking a Senior DevOps / Platform Engineer (5+ years) to design, automate, and operate enterprise-grade container platforms. You will manage Red Hat OpenShift (OCP) clusters on RHEL and AWS, driving application modernization, CI/CD automation, and cloud migration for containerized enterprise workloads.

Key Responsibilities

• OpenShift & Container Platform: Deploy, configure, and administer multi-environment Red Hat OpenShift (OCP) clusters and platform services (ODF/CephFS, HashiCorp Vault, Red Hat AMQ).
• CI/CD & IaC Automation: Build and manage automated deployment pipelines using Jenkins, GitLab CI, or ArgoCD; manage infrastructure as code using Ansible & Helm.
• Observability & Security: Configure monitoring and centralized logging using Prometheus, Grafana, and Loki; implement secrets management, security hardening, and disaster recovery (DR) plans.
• Workload Migration & Support: Support the migration and day-to-day operations of containerized Java/Spring applications running on OpenShift and AWS.

Qualifications

• Experience: 5+ years in DevOps, Infrastructure, or Platform Engineering.
• Platform & OS: Strong hands-on expertise with Red Hat OpenShift (OCP), Kubernetes, and RHEL administration.
• Cloud & Automation: Strong practical experience with AWS, Ansible (IaC), and scripting (Bash / Python).
• CI/CD & Observability: Proven track record building CI/CD pipelines and deploying Prometheus/Grafana monitoring stacks.
• Language: Good English communication skills (written & spoken).

Nice to Have

• Hands-on experience migrating workloads from AWS to Kubernetes/OpenShift.
• Certifications: CKA / CKAD (Kubernetes) or AWS Certified Solutions Architect / SysOps.

Job Type: Full-time

Pay: Up to 90,000,000₫ per month

Work Location: Hybrid remote in Thành phố Hồ Chí Minh
