Role Overview

We are looking for an experienced C#/.NET Backend & Azure Engineer to build, operate, and maintain backend services while driving automation, security, compliance, and production reliability.

Key Responsibilities

• Build, operate, and maintain backend services using C#/.NET.
• Design and develop agentic loops to automate developer and DevOps activities.
• Own security improvements, compliance remediation, and platform maintenance.
• Monitor security, compliance, and governance signals and address policy drift.
• Design and execute safe production deployments.
• Troubleshoot live-site issues and perform RCA.
• Implement permanent fixes and improve platform reliability.
• Automate operational tasks to reduce manual effort and operational toil.

Required Skills

• 6+ years of experience in C#/.NET backend development.
• Strong hands-on Azure experience.
• Strong coding and backend development skills.
• PowerShell / scripting for automation.
• Azure compute, monitoring, security, and compliance services.
• Azure DevOps.
• ARM Templates or similar Infrastructure as Code.
• Ev2 deployment experience.
• Production support and deployment experience.
• Security, compliance, and reliability engineering.
• Automation and intelligent workflows.
