Senior BA

About the role

The client is seeking a Senior Business Analyst (contract) to support a transformation and transition programme across the organisation. The work is not sector-specific or technology-led; instead, it focuses on business process investigation, requirements gathering, and change support across regulatory, operational, and organisational contexts.

The Senior BA will sit within the Transition & Transformation function, reporting into a Transformation Manager, and working closely with principal change resources . The role supports organisational transition, including regulatory requirements, current-state vs future-state process mapping, and identifying people, process, and capability impacts.

This is a contract engagement, initially circa 3 months, with the possibility of extension.
