Most engineering teams are adding AI to their workflow. This one has rebuilt around it.

Our client is a small, high-output engineering team working at the frontier of LLM development, alongside leading AI labs. AI reviews their code, they ship more than they ever have, and the work is genuinely new: right now that includes 3D rendering and mesh generation built on the latest frontier models.

They’re looking for an exceptional engineer to join them, with real ownership and very little process in the way.

What you’ll do

• Build and ship back-end systems powered by LLMs
• Work on novel AI problems at the edge of what current models can do
• Work in an AI-augmented workflow, with automated code review
• Take features from idea to release with a small, senior team

What you’ll bring

• A standout technical track record, ideally from a top tech company or an edge startup
• Substantial, hands-on LLM experience and demonstrably heavy day-to-day AI use
• Strong Node.js and Python (they care more about the quality of the engineer than the exact stack)
• A back-end focus

Even better if you have

• Published research, open-source work or novel AI/LLM projects you can point to
• Experience in AI rendering, 3D or generative work
• An AI research background. Non-traditional paths are welcome, and exceptional recent graduates will be considered.
